Shrimp fajitas were fantastic.

Great food. Great value. Great service. We love this place. Often there is live music and trivia. It is worth the wait when there is one. The service is always great and the atmosphere is very nice. Lots of TVs, music, and large dining room can accommodate large parties.

I love Las Trojas!! I’ve been going here for a few months now, my food is always amazing, the staff is so attentive, and my drinks are always amazing! Check it out on a Monday or a Friday, sit at the bar she will take care of you!

Great food at a good price. They are usually very expedient with their food and service, even when they are busy. This is one of my favorites.

This was a waste of $31!! The wings taste as if they were two days ago and refried! The broccoli was old. The only thing that was good was the cheese dip.

Food is sometimes salty, but it is tasty. The staff is pleasant. They appeared to be following covid-19 guidelines while I was there. A few of the employees masks don't seem to fit well, so mask adjusting was needed. They use gloves, but I did not see a change between customers.

The food was awesome and definitely got what you paid for.

My family and I love this Mexican restaurant. I personally love the Texas Nachos. The grilled shrimp in any of their dishes is amazing!

Beautiful clean interior. The lighting is absolutely gorgeous. The napkin smells like Gain, which is excellent for a germaphobe. The Hawaiian Chicken Fajitas were delicious. It's enough to feed 4 people.

Very good food and large portions. We always have a great time. When family visits from out of town, we always bring them to Las Trojas. The staff is polite and friendly. There are plenty of vegetarian options and fish offerings.

Be aware the fajitas are extremely spicy, do not recommend! I was in pain all night from the spices they put on my meat. I eat fajitas at every Mexican restaurant I visit and they are always fine, but this place was the exception. The ambiance is nice and the portions are quite large but my meal was just too spicy for me. Very diaappointed and i will not be returning.

I was skeptical about coming here. But the food was great and there was actually spice and flavor to the food. Since I moved here, I’ve ben to about 8 Mexican cuisine restaurants and 3 of them were actually good. Prices are kind of high here. Fajita are seem to start at $18 but for the location it makes sense.

Went for Trivia night with some co-workers. Had a great time, it had a very nice ambiance with music and beautiful art pieces. The food was really good, I had the shrimp tacos and it was delicious. I am not really a fan of the rice and beans (I liked the rice a lot but not really a fan of the refried beans). Overall great Mexican restaurant, definitely one of the best in the area.

I don't like Mexican food because it all taste, looks the same & burns my stomach. Las Trojas' s food is amazingly tasty! And no stomach burning! I absolutely love the Chicken Fajitas! I have out of state family who must dine her before going home!I love Bingo & trivia night. So much fun!You can win awesome prizes!

Some of the best Mexican Food in this area! Their salsa is delicious. My go-to is Miguel's Pizza and talk about yum! Definitely one of my favorite margaritas too!

The place is nicely decorated. The food is hot. I did a pick up an order, and while I was standing there saw one party storm off because no one had ever waited on them. The person behind the desk didn't seem to understand what had happened. Another party had to get their own tableware from the desk I was standing at. From the food we bought home, one person said that the food wasn't as good as it used to be. The other person really enjoyed his food. I couldn't get anything because I was unable to ask about food allergies. So all in all, the manager needs to manage. I doubt we will hurry back.

The food was really good. We had to wait about 10 minutes before they even came and took our drink order. I don't know if it was because of just opening after being shut down from Covid19, or what. I will definitely go again.

Service was good. Food was just okay. We were seated immediately, so that was a plus. Chips and salsa were better than my entree. I ordered a taco salad and the meat was bland and lacked flavor.

Lorna was the nicest lady! All the workers were masked and they sat people in every other booth. Felt confident in their social distancing and cleanliness. And then there's the margaritas!!!

Hella expensive here, but the food was great and the margarita was amazing. Our waiter was also good. He was nice and checked on us often but he wasn't overbearing either. Definitely would recommend here.

I came in hungry and not really wanting Mexican food, but I left with the gas tank on full and LIT! 🔥The food was extremely good! 🌮 The Bob Marley Margarita had me feeling like 🤤 GREAT EXPERIENCE OVERALL!!!

I went in here with couple friends and we really enjoyed our time here. They give you chips and salsa before you order anything which are dope. The food they served was pretty good as well. They are really up to date on their drinks. Everything we ordered looked on point and tasted good.

First time and I loved it! Food was amazing, drinks are HUGE, and the staff was very friendly! I'll definitely be back. Loved the decor as well.

When you first walk in, the decor is rather spectacular, with cool lighting and interesting paintings, but for $12.50 per medium margarita, I have never spent so much money on a watered down drink. The food was OK, but again, the cost of our meal was probably 2x what it should’ve been. $12 for two cheese enchiladas and a small portion of lettuce. For the price you can find much better Mexican food in Huntsville, and way better margaritas.

Previous experience was ok but last visit was awful. Waitress did not speak good English, my wife ask for Gingerale, received wine instead. Waitress never came back to refill my tea, then brought us the ticket without checking to see if we needed anything else, which I did, a to go order. Finally, after serving alcohol to all the people around us after about 10 minutes she came back to get my to go order but by that time I was fed up. Won’t go back, but they’ll probably never miss me, they have a lot of business.

Food is good (though the order was repeated four times to the waiter and was still served incorrectly made the first time!). The last two times we went, we had terrible service. Wait staff had zero care about customer satisfaction. Disappointed.

It was ok. The beef didn't really have much taste. But the chimichanga's were good. The waiter was nice and gave us good service.

I would say this is the best Mexican restaurant in the madison/huntsville area. The food is great and their margaritas are amazing.

The cheese dip here is amazing! We had a great time on the porch. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. She anticipated our needs before we even asked for anything. The inside is just as beautiful as the outside. They also had very tasty margaritas! They are saltier than I'm used to, but overall really yummy!

I love this place man.. its always good. I come here a lot and I have never had a bad experience. It’s always a good time to come to this place.

I took my family out to dinner and we waited FOREVER to get our food. Our server seemed to be having difficulties with our basic menu orders. We decided to box up our food and take it home since it took an hour to get it and we were irritated and didn't want to be jerks, because we all understand everyone has off days and things happen. We took our food home to eat and halfway through my beef chimichanga I bit into something weird. I pulled the weird thing out of my mouth and to my surprise it's a freaking leaf, a dry, dead leaf. I guess they dropped my food on the floor and thought, meh, It'll be fine. So this all happened between 5-6:30 PM January 24, 2019. If you get food poisoning from here it's probably the really low standards that are now being set. Before this evening we really enjoyed Las Trojas on highway 72 ....WE WILL NEVER, EVER BE BACK. Oh, on a side note they didn't even put cheese in my daughter's quesadilla....jeez... Isn't that the main ingredient?
